ok folks, the relaxing bath I took at 11 pm last night also helped with another of my “things” – getting to bed earlier. it makes for a calm, easy transition! (not to mention improved exfoliation after a hot soak)

it is truly amazing how powerful it is to take a relaxing bath. I am usually busy running from one thing to the next and don’t take time out for myself. when I do take the time for a bath, the self indulgence goes a long way! I recently cleaned the tub so now is the time!
I don’t have a tub in my bathroom and my roommate’s is… well… I don’t think I could relax in her tub.
Anyone that just takes showers because they don’t have or take the time to take a long hot bubblebath.. should lol.. at least once a week dedicate a “you” time to do the stuff you don’t have time to do in the week.
