have a picnic

I did this a few times already, without really noticing it. ;-)
We had picnics outside at the playground, in the garden, in the parc and inside when it was raining. We just never called it a picnic, but had some fruit, some treats and something nice to drink. We played and enjoyed a little snack. I think that qualifies as picnic.

I was worried about rain and didn’t sleep so well the night before, but it ended up being a beautiful day. It was wonderful to gather friends to help me celebrate. One of my friends made me a cake :) It was lovely, I should do it again more often.

It’s cool. Done a few times when younger. The most recent time I had a picnic was with my b/f and his family and some of their family friends, awhile ago.

Have a picnic with someone very important to me :). In a nice place, where noone else is around – in a quiet field in the countryside.

Goal Accomplished!

Paul surprised me on our anniversary on May 2nd to a secluded, yet tornado-strength wind packed park for a delightful and delicious lunch. We had cheese & crackers, fresh and dried fruit, a litre of Oranges & Cream Jones Soda, PB&banana sandwiches and a bottle of fancy French water, because, according to Paul, no picnic is complete without something French.

I adored this tremdously. Especially the beautiful picnic basket he bought from World Market, equipped with champagne flutes, little plates and silverware.

I can’t wait to do this again and again and again.

4/19/09, should be fun!

I don’t even remember the last time I went out on a picnic, but I would love to do it before the summer comes back again!! I will look for a good place to do it soon!!

Seeming as how I’ve never been on a picnic before in my life, unless you count Girl Scout outings with some PB&J’s and juice-boxes when I was seven. I think it’d be interesting to have a fall picnic, though. The red and gold leaves, the cool, swift air, and delicious autumn cuisine. I hope to get this goal finished soon… I’m hungry!

I went on a picnic today-it was great! We had sandwiches and all kinds of fruits-the weather was great and it felt so nice :) Today was the best day I’ve had in a very long time-I’m so happy :D I must do this more often! Picnics and Chess Corey!
