finish remodeling my kitchen

My kitchen needs new cabinets, appliances, paint, floor, etc. We’re not quite halfway there! I’ll be glad when it’s done!

I began the renovation over a year ago. I had new cabinets made and installed but then my father became ill. I moved him in with us and obtained hospice care. He died a year ago. Anyway, I couldn’t decide what materials to finish the project with. I finally decided on the backsplash and ceiling materials, and I’m going to try and do most of it myself. I think it will be fun and rewarding.

I’m about 85% done with everything I wanted to do. Stripping, sanding, painting… now I’m down to all the little stuff and getting hung up on it. I’m hoping to get it all finished by the end of January.
