I’m 13 and im 5’5 and 130 lbs. I hate my tummy I try everything I cross country run and do track and I am good at it but my tummy is just a little to chubby for me I have tried so many things to slim down but really I am just gaining weight and personally I do not see a diffrence in my tummy I even do situps everyday! I just dont understand anymore and every day basically I look online to find new things to do for it…I wish I could just find a good diet to follow and an excersice plan I swear if I do I will be dedicated to it and not give up. :(
How to flatten my stomach
How I did it: I don't have washboard abs, but I am at a very healthy weight for myself and no longer have the "muffin top" with low cut jeans. I had gained weight from a back injury and surgery, but did not want to go back to my anerexic high school years. I could not set a goal to loose weight. I excersized, ate healther, and was much more active which is an easy thing to do being a child care provider.

well….........I am 36 years old and i have lost alot of weight already i lost down from like 160 to like 130 but i can not seem to flatten my stomach and that is the main thing that I wanted out of looseing all the weight I have 3 kids no not babbie two teenagers and one 11 year old
i just want it super flat, kiera knightly-esque. then i can pierce it and show it off all i want. it’s not too bad, better then most, but i want it perfect.
New desk job, higher pay, chauffeur, lots of eating out at restaurants, no time to walk. The effects are showing.
What to do?
I want to flatten my gut so bad! Mainly the lower part. I’m doing ab exercises 10 mins a day and hung up pictures of Victoria’s Secret models where I exercise so I can use my envy to my advantage. I’m also cutting back on junk food.

I flatten my stomach every day. It takes, oh, maybe four seconds and bam! My rounded belly becomes flat as a board.
Okay, here’s what I do:
First: I stretch and loosen up my body.
Then: I lie on my back on the floor.
And finally: I turn over.
Voila! My belly is flat on the floor! TA-DA!
i’v been told that before going for a program to flattn my stomach it is important to have a colon cleanse to remove years of accumulated wastes.
It is strange that you become self conscious about different parts of your body over time. I used to be self conscious about my wide hips, but they have gone away since I started exercising. Now, I feel that my stomach is large, which is odd. It used to be the part I thought was the slimmest.
