ONLY IF YOU HAVE OTHER PEOPLE WITH YOU
I’ve always been on diets alone. Theyve never lasted longer than 3 days. Hahah. Sad huh? I’m 18, maybe not overweight, but i’d like to be more atheletic since I quit a dance team a year ago.
Out of nowhere, 4 of my friends decided to go on a diet too, and we started going to the gym 4-6 times a week, excercising for atleast an hour, then jumping in the pool for an even better full body work out (unless your just sitting there like an egg). So, it’s A LOT easier to go on a diet with other people.
Secondly, start eating healthy. Thats why i gained a few pounds in the first place. Instead of dancing, I was at a MacDonalds showing as much as i can down my throat. If you ABSOLUTELY CANNOT RESIST FAST FOOD, take one slice of bread off your burger or sandwhich to reduce carbs. Instead of eat 2-3 meals a day, eat 6! Hahahha.. im not joking. The first meal.. BREAKFAST should be a Normal sized meal, NOT SO MUCH that you get full!! Maybe 2 eggs and a couple of lean sausages. Then all the other meals.. which you eat ONLY WHEN YOU START GETTING HUNGRY.. should be SMALL SMALL PROTIONS of food, like a thing of yogurt, a small bag os pretzels, slices of watermelon.. dinner shouldnt be big as well because right when you hit your bed, your metabolism slows down A LOT.. and the food you ate for dinner goes straight to your thighs, or ass, or, or BELLY! Hah.. Soo..
Eat right.
Excercising is good only if you eat healthy too. Its always better to eat food after excercising because your metabolism is high up. I used to smoke a lot, but now that ive been excercising and eating healthier, it actually makes me feel A LOT better and A LOT more healthier than i used to be, so me feening for cigarettes is RARELY there. Alcohol is also a problem. As all of you should know, alcohol dries out your system.. if your planning on drinking.. drink A LOT of water also.. or else your mouth will feel like cardboard in the morning.. Dont drink often too..
Beer HAS A LOT OF CALORIES.. just a REMINDER.. try drinking hard liquor instead.. but if not, always get light.. (although it doesnt matter because alcohol is alcohol and its still bad for trying to be healthy)
Remember to take HOT showers after youve excercised because your muscles are still warmed up.. if you take cold showers (AND I KNOW IT FEELS REALLY GOOD AFTER A LONG EXCERCISE), then theyll become tense and it may cause spider veins and cramping/pain of the muscle.
Drink plenty of water.. 8 glasses of water a day is good to remove all the toxins.. (the shit that i used to have when i smoked and drank).. and it makes you feel reallllyy healthy.
Keep at this routine, and if youre really following through, then you could treat yourself to some french fries (NO LARGE). Dont treat yourself TOO often though.. maybe once a week.
Hope this has helped you.. Good luck.
