I say this every week, and I never start, but this week, I simply must. I don’t care what kind of exercise it is; gardening, walking, dancing, whatever; I’m going to do it tomorrow come hell or high water. The only way I’m going to lose weight is to work it off. I’ve tried dieting, and it just doesn’t work.

I completed Day 2 of the one hundred push ups and two hundred squats challenge. Is it just me, or can I see me arms getting more toned? :D

Ow… my legs, stomach and arms are incredibly sore from yesterday, but I managed to push through Day 1 of the 2 hundred crunches challenge and complete some stretches. Tomorrow I might bike and do day 2 of the one hundred pushups challenge.

EDIT: I also wrode my bike to the library and back, which took me about 50 minutes total.

Walked to the post office instead of driving…good idea but quickly learned that I’m not in shape and that was a huge chore…it was about a mile…need to keep up the 30 per day!

other than losing weight. I need energy more than ever these days. To me this will likely be walking on the treadmill and/or exercising Cinnamon when she is older. As an Aussie/Doberman, she’s likely to require at least an hour a day.

Doctor says 30mins and an apple will improve health…no problem right!? Well no more excuses. My butt will have to get small with this approach. I will complete this goal when I have not missed a day for an entire year. My posts will include the number for the current day out of 365.
