Have lost 7lbs since Jan, although it been a yo yo ride. Lowest i got to was 9.12, but now back up to 10.2. My goal is to get to 9stone 7lb, so 9lb to go. Have tried various things but sticking with trying to eat healthy and exercise. Thought i would try a forum, to help keep me motivated and discuss with like minded people. First time done this, so not sre if this is right.

How I did it: I worked out several times a week and cut as much sugar and fat out of my diet as possible. Keeping track of my activities and progress on a chart helped me stay the course.

I have been yo-yo-ing a bit, mostly because of all the traveling I have had to do, but I am now three pounds away from achieving my goal.
I lost about 5 of the 9 pounds.
I did it more quickly than I thought I would, so I was kind of lazy about exercise and diet last week.
I’m going to get back on the wagon this week and achieve this goal the way I should.

Makes me a bit upset to think that girls are taller than me, and weigh less – yet they complain that they are fat?
Im 5ft 4/5” and i weight 152lbs
But i love my curves. Im mainly muscle due to gymnastics and trampolining – but its still alot of weight for someone my size who is suppose to be 117lbs? at my age, being 16.
All i aim to do, is become a bit more healthier, workout regularly, and hopefully some results may show – if they don’t.. then i don’t need to lose weight :)
Im rather happy with how i look ^^ a few pounds off would be alrighty though. Lose a bit of muscle weight, and tone it.
I’m 5’5” and I weight 147 pounds. It sucks. Two years ago I weighed 168 pounds! I still can’t believe it. I want to get down to 135 pounds. That still may seem like a lot, but trust me-for me its not. My sister’s about the same tall as me, and she weighed 130 and looked almost anorexic. It’s weird..
I’m going to the gym in about a half hour. I ready to get my pump on hahaha. And ballet’s really helping me with my flexibility though my ankles are killing me.
