    Well, I have been doing very well with this goal. 17 months ago

    I am just about done with this challenge. I feel better, and my body looks better. Tonight, I will probably do a spin class, or go for a long run.

    I am going to the gym in the evening, and I am going to do 6 miles. I’m getting stronger, and I can run for longer stretchs of time.

    I did 5 miles on the treadmill today, and then I worked out with my trainer. WOW!!! I’m doing so well with this goal.

    4.5 miled today 18 months ago

    I stepped it up on the treadmill today, and I burned a good amount of calories. Wow. I’m really proud of myself, and tomorrow I’m strength training. I’m seeing results. I just have to eat better. That’s my biggest challenge.

    TODAY, 18 months ago

    I did 4 miles on the treadmill. I ran and power walked. I burned approximately 570 calories, and tomorrow, I’m going to step it up, and I want to do it again, and I will also strength train. So far, I am meeting my expectations. I’m proud of myself.

    I'm doing well at this challenge so far. 18 months ago

    I went to the gym on Saturday. I did about an hour of cardio. I’m going again today, and I’m going to run and power walk for an hour. I will be training my arms today.

    Day 3 18 months ago

    I missed two days of going to the gym, but I made up for this yesterday. I did the stairmaster for 20 minutes on level 11, and then I jogged and power walked for 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of 3 miles. YAY!!! Today I will be doing 4 miles on the tread and 20 on the stairmaster again.

    Day 2 18 months ago

    I went to the gym again today. I did 30 minutes on the treadill at the highest incline for 15 minutes, and then at an incline of 5 and a speed of 3.8. Then I did the stairmaster at level 11 for 20 minutes. That stairmaster is a workout and a half. It really tones and lifts your butt too.

    I did an hour long spin class today, and I was sweating like rain pours. I’m proud of myself. This is day 1.
