I know I need to brush my teeth more often. I forget all the time.
I’ve been doing good on this goal for about the last week. It really helps to get up earlier in order to actually have time to do this in the morning. I’m also eating better and smoking fewer cigarettes (three or four per week) so my teeth feel a lot cleaner and look whiter and healthier. If this much change is possible in a week I can’t wait to see and feel them a month from now!

I do have pretty teeth, but they could be better. So I’m going to brush, use mouthwash, and floss twice a day: once in the morning, once at night. Besides, it makes me feel better…..

for some reason this simple task, with such dire results if not seen to regularly, passes me by many a night/ morning.
i am going to challenge myself to see how long i can diligently keep up an oral hygeine routine, twice daily.
only if i get to a substantial amount of time will i then declare accomplishment of this goal :P
