see David Bowie in concert

I want to see David Bowie in concert and smoke cigg with him.. although I dont’ do this anymore.

I want to take a photograph of him and his family. They are so awesome together. I’m glad for him and his family.

I’ve always wanted to do this but never got the chance.

Very bad news on DavidBowie.com today -

Due to ongoing work on a new project, David Bowie has announced that it will not be possible for him to perform at the Highline Festival in May. He will however continue to curate the event alongside Highline producers David Binder and Josh Wood. Further announcements relating to the festival line up will be made shortly.

In light of that I don’t know when or if I’ll ever accomplish this goal now. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe it and not just because of the non-refundable airfare, but because I’ve been wanting this for so many years. I’m at a whole new level of angry right now after looking forward to this for literally months.

I saw him in 2003 on the Heathen Tour at Madison Square Garden. He sang some new stuff and all of the old favorites. I thought he sounded great. He did a really cool version of Under Pressure with his base player, who is this awesome lady. He was so sexy, YES. go see Bowie!!!

I would do anything to see David Bowie perform live, it’s been one of my most long outstanding dreams. Lived in Africa all my life and never had the opportunity to see Bowie abroad, but now i’m here in the U.K., and Bowie’s in the USA. So I guess I would help a fellow lover of Bowie anyway I can xxx

There’s plans for a Bowie concert in New York City this coming May for Highline Festival. I am so there.
