organize my tea cubby

My tea stocks have since been brought to order and assessed and the situation is not as bad as I though it to be. While I do have around 7 pounds of tea on hand, 5 of the pounds are Chinese puerh tea which is good news. Puerh tea unlike most types of tea does not decline with age and is actually sometimes aged like fine wines. Yet my stocks of black, green, oolong and white teas which do go bad with age make up a very small part of my stash that they are in no danger of going bad on me now that I made it virtually impossible for them to get forgotten about instead of being drunk in the coming weeks.

But I seriously have so much tea on hand that I need to organize my stock soon, let things get forgotten about and go bad before they are consumed. Not sure yet what I have in mind just that what I have at the moment is not working out.

I have LOADS of tea (all from sbsteas.com), but some had falled to the back of the cupboard, and some were still in the box they came in. Was great to take everything out, get it together and get the cubby set up nicely :) It’s all shiny & purple now!
