legendarywaffle is getting as much done today as we can before the baby is born.
my weight has always been up and down. but I have ALWAYS been overweight. I REALLY want to get to around 180 but it has been a hard enough struggle to get under 230. now im back up to 300. everyone is surprised that I am that much. I think its more muscle cause im at my highest weight but still wearing the pant sizes I wore when I was 240. odd. last time I was 280 in HS, I wore size 48 pants and now I have 38-40ish. (does anyone know why that is???)
I am, I had a heart attack 5 weeks ago and I am now eating only what I am supposed to eat and not much of it, I am working out HARD every single day and i quit smoking. i am gonna lose this weight and have a long healthy life
I have been overweight since I was about 13 so basically more than half my life. This May I will be turning 30 and I feel it is time to change my life around and make some MAJOR changes…one being to lose 100lbs. I have been taking Muay Thai kickboxing and boxing classes at Pacific Ring Sports in Oakland and I have also taken up running thanks to an amazing who has been there to help push me though the hard times.
So this is my goal and I am dead set on achieving it!!

Well I did it. I started eating less, journaling like whoa and exercising daily for at least an hour. And as of two weeks ago I am down 120 pounds. It’s amazing. I still have about ten pounds to go, but I’m so excited and proud of myself. I love shopping, I love feeling all super foxylicious and realizing that I ALWAYS was super foxylicious even when I was heavier.
After challenging myself to lose 10lbs in January, I have managed to lose 13lbs in 23 days.
My new challenge is 15lbs between now and the end of february.
Just by working out and pretty much not changing any other habits I am down 7lbs since 8-20-07. It’s less than a pound a week, but I have to admit that Halloween planted a couple pounds back on my body. Whoops! My reward for when I lose 10lbs is that I am going to buy myself a pair of Levi’s. I have officially destroyed my previous (favorite) pair. It is sad. However, that means I won’t be skipping any trips to the gym this week!
