fit into a size 10

I put on loads of weight in the past i got to a size 12 my goal was to be a 10 again and i past that with a healthy diet and ive now reached a size 8 3 years ago

still a size 11/13 but with my bestie, she says i will get there. woohoo for a 8min mile =] 4 years ago

But in 2/3 months.
I’ve dropped from size 14 to 10. :]

Working to 8.
