idkbrblol"not milk?"

“In the wild, every young mammal is weaned from milk at a genetically appropriate age and never drinks milk again. Calves are no exception. ...The purpose is so that animals can eventually rely on substantial food for their nutrients.”
“In reality, calcium is in all leafy green vegetables, in many fruits, as well as in raw nuts.”
http://summermade.hubpages.com/hub/dontgotmilk

”...powerful GROWTH hormone called Insulin … identical in cows and humans…”
“Calcium? Where do the COWS get calcium for their big bones? Yes… from plants!”
http://www.rense.com/general26/truth.htm

Another “big” phrase we hear in milk propaganda is that milk gives you big strong bones. Honestly, how many girls out there want to be nicknamed “big-bones”? How many (sum, or percent) female models are “big-boned”?

Flo Jo died?! http://www.notmilk.com/deb/111598.html

“You have no more need of cow’s milk than you do rats milk, horses milk or elephant’s milk. Cow’s milk is a high fat fluid exquisitely designed to turn a 65 lb baby calf into a 400 lb cow. ...!” -Dr Michael Klaper MD

Back to http://www.rense.com/general26/truth.htm for one more quote: I’ll put it in bold bc I think it is that important. “Milk is typically pasteurized more than once… ...each time for only 15 seconds at 162 degrees Fahrenheit.
To sanitize water one is told to boil it (212 degrees F) for several minutes. That is a tremendous disparity, isn’t it!”

While reading these, I remembered “Mad Cow Disease” Do you think that’s just “gone away”? Maybe it’s magically disappearedliterally into the annals of history!!? ?! ?!

http://www.notmilk.com/ (Do note Mr. Cohen’s notice near the bottom.) “Everything on the NOTMILK website is…”

Pop – it’s probably still more healthy than the milk we’re given in the U.S.
BTW, It’s been about two months since I’ve bought a Coke!!!! (On the down-side, I’ve accepted a few :(, &/but declined a couple :) ) [This gives me a thought: why do we get a symbol for “and” {&}, but not a symbol for “but”? How about ”$” for “but”? {That way it also sounds like butt.}]

idkbrblol"it's cool, & refreshingly inevitable"

So, if & when I save money by choosing to not buy a pop, (sometimes I usually walk away & after awhile I start to think that it’s inevitable that I’ll buy another one; tomorrow, or in hours), what if I went straight home & stuffed that dollar into a glass piggy bank – something that I might take a second thought to destroy. That way it’ll be out of my hands & offa my mind.
(And pop’s bad for the stomach & liver & brain & intestines, & pancreas, & arms, & legs, & toes, & follicles, & cuticles, &c.)

idkbrblolTasty (dangerous) treats

Baked deadly Crab Cakes (?!)
Hearty deadly Clam Chowder (?!)
deadly Shrimp Stir-Fry (?!)

I read awhile ago that such “seafood” were especially subject to picking up toxins from the environment.
(Too bad they’re so tasty!)
