YumiXeiLeaving a reminder helped
43things and changing my alarm name to “Take Vitamins” were reminders to take my vitamins. I haven’t seen any change since taking vitamins but I’m sure they’re good for me. 12 months ago

Naturopath called. Need to come in for a full review of my blood work, but the things I can start in the meantime are vitamin D and liquid iron supplement. This would be on top of the fish oil she suggested at our last visit (that I have yet to be taking) and a daily greens drink to up my plant based nutrients (that I hate the taste of, but drank only once). Bummer, feels reminiscent of when I was pregnant and taking a million vitamins/supplements… Difference is I was very motivated to keep up my intake for my baby’s sake. I don’t seem to prioritize my health as highly.
I’ve been ridiculously tired and grumpy and feeling run down lately-Vit D deficiency and anemia will do that. Gotta convince myself of what is true-taking this stuff WILL HELP ME FEEL BETTER to be able to DO MORE OF THE THINGS I WANT TO BE DOING.
Tomorrow morning: D & fish oil capsuls plus chugging a greens drink with some floradix. I’m much more compliant in the morning, so gotta build this into my routine! 16 months ago
I’ve been very good about my morning and evening supplements but I’ve always had a touchy stomach with multiple vitamins and so like to take them with a meal. Except I often forget this. I took a bottle to the office and put them in my desk. Now I just have to remember them at home. Like right now. 16 months ago
I’m taking Vitamin D 5000 IU and BiOmega fish oil in the mornings when I get up. I try to remember the multivitamins but often forget, until I found the giant jar of gummy vits. I don’t know if they’re any good or not. I prefer to take pharmaceutical grade multis but I hate all the big pills so I often take the children’s chewables or the smallish teen vits instead. Better than nothing. 16 months ago
I am taking the most important ones for me:
Minitab multis
Hair skin and Nails
Fish Oil Omega 369
Glucosamine Chondriotin
Vitamin D
And then I have a few other random ones that I throw in there once in a while. 20 months ago
I bought some more Iron at Walmart. But the supplements look way too much like my antidepressants, so I don’t think I’ll take them. I would hate to confuse them one day.
Plus, the Iron that I was taking is on sale right now at Walgreens. I’ll get some on Friday and see if I can return the bottles I bought at Walmart.
I also purchased B12, thinking I’m in desperate need of it. But I haven’t actually taken any yet. I don’t know why! 2 years ago
