getting better
I seem to eat when I am bored or have nothing better to do with my time. I would like to get into the habit of only eating when I am hungry and stopping when I am no longer so.
I know that this will mean me eating at odd hours but I really want to stop ‘bing eating’

i have lost some weight by eating fewer snacks and drinking less alcohol- i’m a lot fitter and healthier now!

im not fat but ive put on a few extra pounds lately- i need to learn more self control when it comes to food
I am new here, and this is weird for me. But today I start trying to only eat when hungry. I did this 4 years ago and lost 60lbs and kept it off for over 4 years… then got stressed about a move and kids and poof weight back…
I hate that I use food to feel good. I want to only take small bites etc, I just eat quickly and stressfully anyone else?
