Do morning and evening gongyo everyday
How I did it: Focus on MYOHO and realize that you are here for this moment and this moment only. This last moment does not exist any more and the next moment has not yet arrived. The change has to be in the present moment of myoho renge kyo.
Lessons & tips: Be here nd now.

Do morning and evening gongyo everyday
I have been chanting for the last two months and also do Morning and Evening Gongyo. It is really helping me a lot.
Thanks.
hydroelectricity is oddly optimistic
i finally did evening gongyo & chanted about 15 minutes last night. this morning i just changed my water :| better than nothing i suppose.
last night i immediately felt better after i chanted. WHY IS THIS SO HARD?! goodness. it drives me nuts. maybe my priorities are messed up? i don’t get it. i have felt very stuck lately & i know i need to do things to get my life back on track. it’s like i’m half way up a steep hill and have decided to sit down instead of push myself over the peak.
i just can’t forget that hard work is what it’s all about. never giving up.
hydroelectricity is oddly optimistic
i haven’t sat down infront of my gohonzon in a week…and boy am i feeling it.
sometimes i forget how powerful it is, and beneficial. it’s so difficult for me right now & i don’t know why?
hydroelectricity is oddly optimistic
i woke up a little late and was in a rush, so i only did sancho in the am. in the pm i did evening gongyo & chanted about 10 minutes. i also read an experience and the study material in the world tribune.
i just want to get in the habit of doing morning and evening gongyo. however much chanting i get in right now is okay with me. after i get a good solid week of doing both am & pm gongyo, i will start adding more and more daimoku.

i did sancho in the morning & i had two people come visit with me to chant and do evening gongyo. we chanted about 20 minutes & discussed a few things. i am giving a little presentation on a gosho on friday. this will give me some motivation to study tonight and tomorrow :)
i feel great!!!!
hydroelectricity is oddly optimistic
i chanted 10 min + did evening gongyo. i usually get so upset if i don’t do at least 30 min – an hour, but i need to create a habit of doing it no matter what. i am going to gradually increase my time. i know i feel best doing at least an hour/day.
hydroelectricity is oddly optimistic
i want to get myself into a solid routine. i hate that i’m so lazy when it comes to this and know that it is the most beneficial thing i could ever do for my life.
I have been chanting for 24 years, and find it to be the most beautiful thing in this world, however very difficult to sustain. I have always given up half way on almost everything, except for now I refuse to give up my opportunity to attend grad school in London. Sansho shima everywhere.
I chant everyday, and very vigorous in my activities. I need help focusing and staying on task, if that makes sense.
