...a given in my life. I’d like to treat people well and with respect in all walks of life, not just the “high status” positions that many of us automatically endow with respect.
Dignity is priceless. I’d like to remember that each person I come across, even the person I’m in conflict with, deserves to be treated with humanity, dignity, and respect. And to remember to treat myself and expect the same humanity, dignity and respect.

I had been making quite a bit of progress on the road rage aspect of my issues; yet a few months after I stopped seeing my therapist regularly the old patterns started again. The frustration, the repressed anger finds it breach in those heated moments when I am behind the wheel, honking my horn and waving the bird. I just need to SLOW DOWN.

I have been in the worst mood for the past 2 days over rumors of corruption, dishonesty in my team, office politics to maneuver around, pending doom over issues with my boss, and being more task oriented and bit impatient. Please Lord fill me with patience and wisdom!! Give me a carefulness in my heart in dealing with other people…especially my boss!

so I didn’t yell at anyone today, but I did give a dirty look to my assistant for telling people about the drivers’ party tomorrow…and i did slander and complain about my evil boss today. that can’t be helpful….but all in all it was a good day.

Even the mean ones. “For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Do not even the tax collectors do the same?” My friend recently said—Robin, everyone can get along with the good guys, but YOU are a good guy if you can get along with even the difficult ones…
