I started walking last week—finally realizing I can do it if I basically walk out of the apartment as soon as we put the girls to bed. Three successful walks in 10 days so far.

I feel like I’ve achieved this. It’s an on going process, of course. But I think this is the best shape I’ve been in.
I’ve start doing some exercises and i’m more quick more tall but still not what i want…
maybe if i do more often i mean i do it like trhee times a week maybe if i get up early i will have more energy to do all my Routine and so i won’t be so tired in the morning
Well, let me just give you some numbers. I have 17.1% body fat now which is roughly 30.5 pounds of body fat. I weigh in at 175 pounds. I’m back to my highschool weight but I want to lose more. I’m going to try for 12% body fat but to be realistic, I’ll shoot for 15%. Wish me luck.
I started March of this year. The hardest part for me was to maintain my diet. I can’t lie! I love food and I love to cook. It’s only in the last couple of months that I’ve been making headway. I checked my fat percentage and it said that I have 19.2% body fat with 34.5 pounds of it in my body being pure fat. I guess that’s okay since I weight 180 pounds right now. I should have checked before I started. Opps! I’ll keep you updated on my progress, but who really cares anyway!
