buy a pair of rollerskates

After, what? Two months? I finally went back to Modell’s to check out those rollerskates. The entire back wall was still covered in them. But, alas, I guess I was not meant to buy rollerskates at Modell’s because I took one look at them and knew they would be too narrow for me. I have incredibly wide feet that make it difficult to find regular shoes, forget about specialty footwear!

I wish I could afford to have someone custom make me a pair of rollerskates. That would be lovely.

Last night I popped into Modell’s to buy a pair of goggles. While I wasn’t able to find a pair I liked, I did get a glance at the back wall of the store and you know what they had back there? Rollerskates. Pairs upon pairs of brand new rink quality rollerskates. My jaw dropped. I have been looking for a pair of rollerskates for years I tell you, YEARS!!! I will definitely be returning to try on a couple.
