I keep trying to do this in spurts, and I’m not very capable of making it past a week or maybe two. I started a new job and immediately thought I’d make it part of my new routine, which went well until the second half of the second week. boo.

I’ve never gone to the gym every single day of a week, there’s always some reason to rationalize my way out of it. Well, I just moved to a building with a gym downstairs so it’s easier than ever to go. There’s still something in the back of my head that wants to say that I don’t really have to go every day, but I think there would be a lot of benefits from doing so. A major one being that it will become part of my mindset to think that going to the gym is part of my routine and I won’t make excuses! In the past I’ve only gone in sperts, I’ll do really well for a week or two then not go again for a month…and I want that to stop!
