Along the way, you will have people at work or friends accuse you of the most outrageous things like barfing up your lunch.

Or they may tell you, you’re losing too much. Too much for who? Ask ‘em how much they lost and that’ll shut ‘em up.

Keep losing until YOU’RE happy with it. Make sure you’re doing it for yourself in the first place. If you’re doing it to please someone or any other reasons that aren’t for completely for you, it won’t last.

I have lost about 8kg over the last 8 month, just by eating less. Happiness stops one from eating not for the sake of eating but to compensate for other things, not doing this can automatically help the weight loss. I am not quite at my goal weight, but I don’t have it as a goal anymore to lose more weight intentionally, I think I am doing well like I am.

I started slimming world 5 weeks ago and have been yoyo-ing and generally finding it harder than I thought to stick to healthy eating, especially since the other half isnt keen on half of the foods I have to eat. It means making two meals which is sometimes too time consuming, especially since I’ve got a little baby to look after at the same time!

It’s time to actually do something about it instead of pondering and then getting annoyed in a changing room. Also some sports will help to feel better, once I’m done with this everlasting could.
To break it down into small managable steps, I think a good start would be to replace chocolate with fruit. I will do that the whole January and see.

I can’t believe it’s been a year since I’ve updated this goal. I am so discouraged. I have been logging my weight daily and I have gained and loss the same three pounds all year long and have made no progress. I read an article about everyone having a “happy weight” which is the weight its body wants to be at. The article said that 87% of women who are of normal weight wants to weigh less and beat them self over it when they should just be happy with the weight they are at. It’s calculated by what your weight should be then you add weight based on your age, activity, whether you ever had children and things like that.
