Ineed to lose a stone 4 months ago

I started slimming world 5 weeks ago and have been yoyo-ing and generally finding it harder than I thought to stick to healthy eating, especially since the other half isnt keen on half of the foods I have to eat. It means making two meals which is sometimes too time consuming, especially since I’ve got a little baby to look after at the same time!



start up 6 months ago

It’s time to actually do something about it instead of pondering and then getting annoyed in a changing room. Also some sports will help to feel better, once I’m done with this everlasting could.
To break it down into small managable steps, I think a good start would be to replace chocolate with fruit. I will do that the whole January and see.

I can’t believe it’s been a year since I’ve updated this goal. I am so discouraged. I have been logging my weight daily and I have gained and loss the same three pounds all year long and have made no progress. I read an article about everyone having a “happy weight” which is the weight its body wants to be at. The article said that 87% of women who are of normal weight wants to weigh less and beat them self over it when they should just be happy with the weight they are at. It’s calculated by what your weight should be then you add weight based on your age, activity, whether you ever had children and things like that. and complain that you feel fat? You’re fucking anorexic!!! You have lanugo for Christ’s sake!!! And how can you sit there and say to me, “Oh, I know that feeling.” and pretend to hold my hand when I’m probably three times your size!!

I get it, you’re a sick person with a real disease and you need help. But I’m about ready to kill to be half as thin as you.

it seems Ive lost like 4 kilos… and .. I DIDNT DO ANYTHING AT ALL. How’s that possible? Ive thought that I might have more fat and less muscle… Well.. Ill start going to the gym soon. =)
Ill go ask tomorrow and see if theres a place for me.. there are like a thousand gyms in my city but i like that one. Even if it’s 20km away from my house!
