Eventionally i want to lose 25 kg. i know it is a lot and it will not be done in a short term. I stopt drinking coco-cola and stopt eating chips every day. I already lost 2 kg and want to continue. Keeping the right weight will be a challange every single day for the rest of my life, and just that scares me a bit. 9 months ago

I went a long time for my last entry and even longer for this one. I was in a rut in 2008 losing and gaining the same three pounds over and over. That continued in 2009 and 2010. Those same pounds over and over and over. On Jan. 1, 2011 I finally became committed to push pass that rut and conquer it. I have lost 9 pounds since then and while it is slow going, a half pound a week, it is consistent and in the right direction. I’m now committed to getting down to my goal weight. Only seven more to go. It’s going to take me the rest of the year probably, but it’s going to be my Christmas present to myself. Then I’m never going to gain the weight back again.
