    So yesterday I performed the Mambo as a part of a dance team in front of spectators for a charity event. What a hoot, who woulda thunk it that little me with no balance or coordination would have the guts to join the team and perform in front of people. I rock!

    I have lost 4st so far and have become a healthier happier person,I am more outgoing and have more cofidence. Ther are alot more things i would like to do. I go swimming every day so now i am looking/ thinking about a new challenge. I would encourage anyone to live life to the full and have lots of fun, as who knows what is around the corner of our lives.
