1. Go grocery shopping once a week for healthy items, and prepare a weekly meal schedule
2. workout once a day for at least an hour
3. tan three times a week

i have had some issues with my body and eating habits for over 2 years. i will have a hot body
whilst i may not look like a model, or a celebrity, I have finally come to accept my body as being a hot body. Its come after a lot of hard work- healthy eating, exercising a lot, and its all culminated in me being fitter, healther, and more confident than I have ever been.

I just have to work out more! And stay away from the chocolate brownies that are sitting on the kitchen table. u.u
