I haven’t ticked this goal off yet! Nonnacookbooker made the best cannoli I’ve ever tried yesterday – absolutely amazing! Other fav foods includes pasta (all types – lasagne, gnocchi, ravioli etc), tiramisu, lebkuchens (a Christmas fav).... mmmmm the list goes on!!!

Last week, a friend and I went out to have fun. When it’s time for dinner, we chose a Taiwan restaurant near Xin Tian Di. Though it’s not much different from what I usually eat, it’s more delicate, with some special treatment. The restaurant is famous for it’s ice sand. It’s a sort of dessert like icecream but actually no cream, just ice particles, piling like a little hill. We choose chocolate flavor (it’s enough for two people.). I can say it’s the best dessert I have ever tasted! Only bad thing is we need to finish quickly or it’s melting…

Thanks for the invite… I’ve just joined ‘weight watchers’ and now you want me to think of my favourite foods. There are so many mmmmmmm… where to begin. A recent habit has been indulging in deliscious Tiramisu, usually for a Saturday/Sunday night treat, it’s no wonder I joined ‘WW’ What on earth will I replace this with?.. little fruit jellies are just not quite the same. Suggestions welcome.

For me a lot of traditional favourites are linked to my Italian heritage. Childhood food memories revolve around homemade pasta strung out to dry in the kitchen, eating warm pizelles, crostoli dusted in icing sugar. Then there were the recipes that seemed to sneak their way into our family repetoire and stay there – lebkuchen always features at Christmas.

Being of Italian heritage, my favourite foods are naturally anything European. I love home made ravioli, pizelles, tiramisu, cannoli, cannelloni, lasagne, gnocchi and the beautiful olive oils. I adore really good coffee and delectable sweet biscuits. My mouth is already watering…........

Last night, we went to a famous Sichuan restaurant and we ordered the best seller there – Mapo Doufu. It’s kinda spicy and really tasty. I am pasting one of recipe of it, which I found on the Internet. Hope it helps.
