Actually, I did this a while back when I went with a friend to Minnesota. I just found out that Minnesota’s on the edge of the US. I don’t know how I didn’t know that.
Roadtrips are long and exhuasting but they can be tons of fun. We got to poke each other, make silly faces, sing songs and talk about things we normally wouldn’t. When you’re stuck in the car with the same person for two days, you either grow to love them or hate them. In my case, I’ve grown to love him. Not the mushy type love but love in general. His sacrifice, patience, how he gave and the way he cared for me was touching.
Another thing I like about roadtrips is seeing the different scenery from state to state – the snowy landscape in Minnesota to the majestic mountains in Tennnessee. The view down from Lookout Mountain at night was memorable. I felt like I was looking into the sky with millions of bright shining stars.
