I’ve stopped playing CoH as of a few months ago. Until then I was totally… well the word would be obsessed. My first 50 (an empath) took me 2.5 years, as I only became obsessed the last .5 years of that. Since then I leveled a TA/A ‘fender, Ill/Rad ‘troller and Fire/Fire blaster to 50, left a MA/SR scrapper at 48.9, and a sonic/EM blaster at 40, plus a smattering of everything else from lvls 6-35ish.
I don’t miss the game at all, btw, but that may be because I did just about everything. STF, all the TFs (even the shard ones), over 500 badges on my empath, and hami, both old (hello THT!) and new (which was way more fun!).

The boyfriend recently got back into this game, which means that now I am playing again sometimes. It like this: CoH is the only MMORPG I really play, and I generally only play it if I have someone to play with. So, maybe I’ll get to level 50 after all.

It was awesome, I’ve JUST finished it! Of course, this was the second double XP weekend I got, and it was almost finished, but I DID IT with great help from friends.
