How I did it: .. i was myself? I was outgoing, in order to get his attention, and yet shy at the same time, which he thought was endearing. (this is all from him so .. :P)

Lessons & tips: Dont date them because they're from somewhere, date someone you like as a person.

    my friend who happens to be british finally confessed to me that he wanted to date me, too bad it was when he moved back to england…well hes coming in february to see me , well see what happens. i love his accent, how polite he is, how sweet he is..overall he is a great guy..and i agree with “r3adytofly”...that “pardon” makes me go crazy ..lol

    So... 10 months ago

    Im currently dating a british guy…His accent is so cute….even when he sneezes though he claims no one’s sneeze can be accented but I beg to differ….he is so polite and when he didn’t catch what I said the way he says “pardon” makes me wet lol. Sometimes I feel as if hes too smart for me though which can make me a little insecure considering the fact that my vocabulary matches that of a teaspoon but regardless he loves me anyway and I love him dearly. I want to marry him.

    The accent great, but after awhile you don’t even notice it anymore. It’s still neat to hear my Brit say things like ‘zebra’ or ‘parmesan’, but it’s kind of annoying when we are out and people (ahem cute girls..) chat him up like i’m not even there.

    There are things other than the accent that are nice… he is very different from American men in a lot of good ways. He is generous, polite, always a gentleman, he has a great sense of humor, and not so jaded about sex and play. ;) I love it.

    Now on to my next goal… marry a british guy!
