Dear Oprah & Associates: My husband and I would love to come see you in person, and to make it an even more exciting visit, we’d love to come for a taping of this December’s “Oprah’s Favorite Things” show. I have been unemployed for 2 years now and am taking intensive care of both my parents in their home. I’ve temporarily moved in with my Dad, who has Altzheimer’s (and has a foley), so he can’t be left alone. My Mom just had Open Heart Surgery and has been in the hospital for 8 days so far. I’ve been going from my Dad’s house to the hospital(while he’s napping), back to his house, to my house, etc. I left behind my husband, 10 and 19 year old daughters, 2 cats and 1 dog(Raven, who often goes with me to Grampa’s).By December, My husband & I will be more than ready to take a trip together and hopefully meet our Favorite Humanitarian!

I would love to get the oppertunity to be on oprah’s faviorte things show. I am a 23 year old mother of 3, and would love nothing more than to bring my mother in law with me. They have done so much to help my kids and I, that I could never find a way to repay them

I am a 34 woman from Spokane, Wa that absolutly loves the Oprah show. It has been a dream of mine to be able to get on the favorite things show, but most of all I would love to do something great for my mother. My mother has been there for me through everything possible, and is always giving, and she has never asked for anything in return, for me to do this for here would be the greatest gift I could ever receive. My mother is the best.

it has been a dream of mine for a long time to be on the favorite things show.im a mom of two great kids.im also a six year cancer surviver,ovarian tobe exact. it would be such a thrill to be in the audiance,i’ve never won anything in my life. i just think it would be awsome.
