How to live in LA

How I did it: I was graduating from grad school in May and so in April I started looking for jobs in LA because I really wanted to live there. Lessons & tips: Make sure you have a job that pays well when you come to LA. Make sure you can deal with bad traffic and fake, rude and superficial people. Resources: friends |

How I did it: And I HAVE accomplished these larger goals. I DO live in la county! I did it!! I live in LA (county). That was my goal and Somehow (reading GTD), initiative and just booking it in car, using gps, making phoen calls to close up chicago, it all worked! Also living out of car here 2 years before in 2006 future paced and helped me envision and getting to live here too. and I DID IT!! I may fine-tune it a bit but I'm hear and… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I came out to LA after I graduated high school in las vegas. I love it here and would never change it for the world! Its a great place for my career as a signer and plus size model and its just fabulous! There is always something to do and you discover new places everyday!!!! I love LA!!! Read how I did it…

If you don’t mind sitting in traffic for hours at end, driving a million miles in order to get anywhere, and having to deal with with alot of over caffeinated stressed out people on the road. But hey I love it there and you should try living there too (even though you’d end up contributing to the already horrible traffic situation)

I lived in LA for 8 years and it was fabulous. I left because I wanted to live near my family and have a different lifestyle. But, nearly all of my dearest friends were people I met during my life in LA. It is a great place to pursue your dreams.
You learn to love it.

When I first moved to LA I thought that everyone was pretentious. 9 years later I have made some of the best friends I’ve always wanted and realized that I have diversified my life experience. Nowhere else have I met such a bunch of open minded society where anyone is accepted for who they are :)
LA is on the list of places everyone should live at least once… Along with New York, San Francisco, London, Paris, Rome, Tokyo… Now if only I could complete the list myself!
