find comfort

trying not to stress eat

i find comfort with out over eating or turn to some one else reallly hard. Had a huge fight with my ex about our son. I jsut found my self running to my bf arms to hide and feel safe… not great self comfortbut at least it was not food

After Cancelled plans finding it hard to comfort want to pig out. got find some thing better

Last nite i treated myself well (a 30 min shower) did not over eat did not drink and did not rely on anyone else

comfort with in myself, without eating, without drinking and without relying on someone else

There is comfort and demise in solitude. The mind is the cancer, society an unreachable goal.
