I had a stellar time meeting up with members of a local hiking group. They had a cross country ski trip that was billed as relatively easy with fantastic scenery and ‘no jackrabbits please’ which sounded like just what i was after.

The people from the group were completely cool and the scenery was nothing short of breathtaking. I got a fantasic workout and about four days later i’m still a bit sore.

the group is called the Colorado Mountain Club and I highly recommend them to anyone who’s interested in this kind of stuff.
