How to how to spin a rifle
"Not for the type of people who worry about their nails."
How I did it: Practicing about fifteen minutes a day. Many, many times the rifle hit the ground and many times have I hit my foot, jabbed my finger and hit my head.
Lessons & tips: It's all about the wrist and building up strength in your dominant arm/hand. Practice makes perfect, obviously here. In order to obtain a smooth and steady spin, keep your elbow to your side and your forarm and bicept at a 90 degree angle.
