So instead of trying to drag my largish-behind out of bed EARLY in the morning, I’ve been putting the kids to bed and THEN working out in the living room with my resistance bands and exercise vid’s. And I’ve consistently done it for 1 week (with the exception of Sunday)! YAY! I will give this goal a month before I write it off…
On a side note, I’ve also been tracking my caloric intake and burn, plus logging what I eat and how much I exercise on fitday.com, and it’s been really helpful…
I tried to get up this morning at 5:15, so I could get some kind of exercise in, but when the second alarm went off at 6:30 it was all I could do to drag myself out of bed… I’ll try again tomorrow…
buying the treadmill for home sure has helped when time has been short. ran 5 1/2 miles today around greenlake in seattle,wa. richard, age 79 ran about 3 miles with me!
I am doing it for the sake of doing it now, and it’s pretty much worked into my current schedule. Listing it on a weekly basis kind of just sucks it dry.
Monday: Curves – Done!
Tuesday: Run/Swim – 8 miles! I KICK ASS!
Wednesday: Curves – Nada
Thursday – Curves – Done!
Friday – Run – Nada…Ooops
Saturday – Curves – Done!
Sunday – Long Run (18 miles) -
Monday: Rest – Done! easy!
Tuesday: Curves – Done!
Wednesday: Run – Done!
Thursday: Curves – Done!
Friday: Run – None. Damn.
Saturday: Curves – Had my diag. Was pooped after.
Sunday: Long Run – Injured. Some kind of sprain. That’s okay. Next week is 18 miles tho. HAHA
Week of October 24:
Monday: Done!
Wednesday: Done!
3rd day: Bleh…Sick at home with bad infection.
Next week will be better
