before this morning’s chiropractic appointment. Both at the same alternative health care office owned by a friend of mine and it’s only a twenty dollar co-pay for the whole lot due to my dad’s awesome insurance coverage :)

If you can find a good RMT (Registered Massage Therapist), one that you click with and you like their style, then you are going to enjoy yourself and feel incredible afterwards.
It’s expensive, but worth it. They can find spots on you that hurt that you didn’t even KNOW existed! hee hee

For my birthday, Aimée got us a “couples massage” at a local spa.
The day was amazing. The massage itself was blissful, and did my body and mind a world of good. (It was that much nicer to know that Aimée was getting the same royal treatment one table over).
We then spent a good long while alternating between the hot tub, the pool, and the occasional Sauna.
A whole lot of tension left my body and mind. Now I just need to see about keeping it out.
I definitely look forward to doing this again!

Had it done last year at my school’s post-prom party. It was great. I had mine (even though I hadn’t even signed up for the original list) at like 3 AM, and I was tired and worn out and drifting in and out of a light sleep getting the massage. Then, after, felt all awake again. It was GREAT.

I rarely treat myself to something luxurious, and I tend to have a lot of stress. I want to treat myself to a professional massage. I’ve had one professional massage in my life, and that was many years ago.
I know a good professional masseuse. I just need to set it up.

The 15th July is my birthday and one of my treats was to have a professional massage; a friend of mine is a beautician and so my massage was booked!
What a fantastic feeling..it was so relaxing and I felt all my cares drift away!
I would certainly recommend this if you have not tried it…well worth it!
Now I am hoping for a regular booking…I’m hooked!

Of course, I’m talking of the truly professional massage…not the kind where you can get extra ‘favors’. Touch therapy is great and it really helps release stored toxins from our muscles. I recommend it as often as you can.
