okay so I didn’t do this again. I think i lasted about a day. so now I am going to try again starting tommorrow. Today is July 30, which means no sweets until August 30. lets see how long I last this time.

I have technically done this before. but too make up for not eating the sweets i ate loads of carbs and peanut butter. it kind of defeated the purpose. i just found my sugar elsewhere, but i’m not going to do that this time.

Almost a month 2 years ago

Close enough for me!!! I’ve accomplished what I wanted to which was getting it out of my system and displaying at least a little bit of will. Now to work on it not going back to it being a main staple of my diet. Which is a biggie to me. I just need to go have some see’s and princess cake, get that out of my system and then take it easy on the sweets! I’m proud of myself!!

I embarrassed to say I haven’t been doing this at all, AGAIN. Though I am eating less sweets I’m still eating them. Am I that addicted? Do I have any will? I really need to get on this and commit to it. Hopefully my next entry will be me saying my progress on it and not me having to say I’m starting over once again. It’s harder than I thought it would be.

I had a really crazy & stressful week and I just ate whatever was around. So now I go till the end of june.

I need to get it out of my system so I don’t crave it as bad.

You know what’s sad? Just the thought of it makes me want to go to See’s. It’s such an addiction!!!! Sweets have always been my weakness!!

Well I start today~ May 15, 2007. So no sweets till June 15, 2007!!! No soda, cookies, candy, cake, chocolate, ice cream, sweetened lattes, you name it. Done.

This is going to be hard when I first start, but I’ve done it before so I know once it’s out of your system the crazy cravings stop and things actually start tasting too sweet!!

done with this goal!! I’m going to celebarate toninght. Sweets are no longer a corner stone in my diet. I will eat some sweets again but only in moderation and definately not on a daily basis.
