I want to have not exactly six packs, but yeah loosing that little flab would really boost my confidence when i take off ma shirt.

ive been working out for a week and havent seen any results but i got to keep goin ,cant give up.

Just lack of time and effort. I would love to start working out again. I felt so much better physically and better about myself in general when I was. I need some type of schedule and structure to help me. But I just can’t seem to find it. But I’m going to try to get back on track. I want defined abs!

I think this is something way in the future I will achieve right now I have a pretty big waist line. But as this is a result I hope happens from my many goals. I have been thin, but never abs so strong. So where I will begin by documenting where I am starting from in my handy journal. As I figure out my baby steps I will check off my progress. Insight and tips are always welcome. Thanks.
i’ve been doing interval sets for my cardio and have started rotating exercises instead of resting between sets. when i first tried it last week, almost passed out, but now it’s more doable, although i still feel exhausted afterward.

I have always thought that getting a six-pack would be just about the coolest thing that you could do. But it hurts like hell.
for about a month was going to gym daily. with the last two weeks doing an hour of cardio (outside of riding bike at least 30 minutes a day) and doing two hours of yoga in the morning. then one day it all crashed down. i felt completely exhausted. it came really suddenly. i think might have been a mix of factors… one big one being lack of sleep and the other being some kind of bug. so last two weeks haven’t gone and all that trimming and the second pack that developed are now hidden again. my waste size is still smaller than before.. but definitely need to get back to action.
