Attend a workshop with Bryan Kest

I would love to go to this. Can you give me some information on it? I am guessing it is this May?

Wow, that was a blast! My first brush with Ashtanga was pretty intense! Plus spending the weekend in the woods in northern Michigan with a bunch of completely cool women was fantastic. He’s coming back next year, mark your calendars!

I was thinking of you yesterday! :o) I pulled out one of my Kest class bootleg CDs for a little dose of Bryan myself.

I guess I could technically take this off my list now, since I spent almost 4 hours in a Bryan Kest workshop last night, but today I’m headed up north for a full weekend retreat that he’s instructing. I’m so excited! SORE from last night, but still very excited! I’ll bring a full review and take it off my list on Monday.

have been made! Next month, BK is coming to Michigan so I guess I shouldn’t pass up the opportunity. It’s VERY rare to have a great yoga teacher come this close to my hometown. This should help with getting my contact CEU’s for maintaining my yoga teacher certification as well!

I have to attend one of his workshops. I’d probably die 40 minutes into it, but at least I’d die inspired! :o)
