get over my facebook obsession

been off work this week.Not been so good so been stuck in, that means all ive done is play on facebook! the games mostly! feel like a write loser. in fact its on now, in the background. not good :(

i do check it regularly but i don’t feel the need to check it every ten minutes.in fact its kinda once a day an sometimes can go a couple of days without checking it an don’t feel so guilty. i also spend more time on i-like and flixters then any thing else rather than stalking people!

I am so retarded with Facebook. I find myself checking it a million times a day. I don’t get homework done because I am just playing on Facebook. It is ridiculous and I need to stop. I don’t want to get rid of my account or anything, I just want to cut down on the amount of time I spend checking it.

sick of checking it everyday!!! plus the facebook stalking think i need to get a life

I installed Leechblock on my Firefox. Worked like a charm. I can still access Facebook on my Safari, but it does take that additional time.

deleted my facebook about two months ago. i have so much more time now, and now the entire world (or at least my 600 ‘friends’ on there) dont know what i am doing and saying every second. its wonderful!

I am going to limit myself to 10 minutes / day.
