Sugar. I think I have a problem. I noticed that my hands swell, my chest hurts, and I feel almost like fainting after I have treats and carbs like whole grain in too big of quantities!
So I’m kind of scared I might be developing some sort of diabetes by my own hands!
On top of that I get this eczema from wheat too.
I seriously have to cut sugar and cut the wheat and carbs. Here goes baking :(
i’m going to start attempting the 1 month no sugar goal starting today. I had some whole grain bread, but I’m going to focus mainly on pastry and candy and ice cream etc.

I HAVE A GOAL TO LOSE WEIGHT BUT THAT’S NOT ENOUGH FOR ME. I PERSONALLY HAVE NO DESIRE TO LOOK LIKE A RUNWAY MODEL. I WANT TO LIFT HEAVY, SQUAT HEAVY, AND BE A BOMB OF ENERGY. I’VE BEEN ON AND OFF THE WAGON FOR TOO LONG.

This goal is a large focus of mine for 2013 and to ensure success I want to make this goal SMART.
Improve my overall health and wellness by 300% by July 2013. This will be achieved through eating 3x the amount of healthy meals per week, visiting the gym 3x as often as my normal schedule, and reducing activities performed while sitting by 25%.
