I’ve been going to the gym regularly since the start of the year, and I feel great! I was around 75 Kgs when I started and now I am less (the catch is I cannot weigh mysellf), I am much trimmer and feel really good. It does not matter to me how much I weigh, the scales are evil: I know I feel good and look good, I want keep pushing myself and loose cms off my waist etc. ( maybe abs?! :D )

Day 10 of South Beach diet been following it really stringently. Down from 137 to 134. 3 lbs lost.
I suspect to have a flat stomach I should be 130-127. So another 4-7 lbs to lose.
They say the last 10 vanity lbs are the hardest to lose b/c your body clings to hold on to them.

i’ve gotten a little chubby since last fall and this summer is the perfect time to get back in shape. I mostly just want to feel better about myself, but I’m still young so I want to set myself up for a healthy life. So I’m going to try to go running (or other cardio) at LEAST 4 times a week. And stop eating so much crap. Ok.. let us see how this first week goes..
3 weeks ago i was in the greatest shape ever, and to me means physically fit = totally toned!
Yet, I had a break from it = no diet. Still worked out but not as much.
i am so determined to go back. It’s all about a healthier diet!
but i gues i enjoyed the lollies, sweets, fatty junky food and what not. lol
I just recently quit playing World of Warcraft, and online video game. I’d been playing it for 3 years. But recent events… having my best friend who also played coming all the way to Australia from America to meet me, then leaving early… I decided to quit.
I want to join the CFS (Country Fire Service) a volunteer firefighting service, but before I do I need to get in shape. I’m a smoker as well so in order to do this I have to quit. I tried to go for a short run the other morning at 5am but found my lungs aching from being a smoker.
I want to drop about 5-10kg, I was 65kg last time I weighed myself, and put on muscle.

I went to the gym this morning. I took the AM classes because I have a book club meeting this evening, but that was following the classes I took last night, and this week they launched all new routines (no muscle memory) so I came home to study, and actually crashed. I want to get fit, but I liked it better when I was enjoying the journey.
