i’ve gotten a little chubby since last fall and this summer is the perfect time to get back in shape. I mostly just want to feel better about myself, but I’m still young so I want to set myself up for a healthy life. So I’m going to try to go running (or other cardio) at LEAST 4 times a week. And stop eating so much crap. Ok.. let us see how this first week goes..

3 weeks ago i was in the greatest shape ever, and to me means physically fit = totally toned!
Yet, I had a break from it = no diet. Still worked out but not as much.
i am so determined to go back. It’s all about a healthier diet!
but i gues i enjoyed the lollies, sweets, fatty junky food and what not. lol

I just recently quit playing World of Warcraft, and online video game. I’d been playing it for 3 years. But recent events… having my best friend who also played coming all the way to Australia from America to meet me, then leaving early… I decided to quit.
I want to join the CFS (Country Fire Service) a volunteer firefighting service, but before I do I need to get in shape. I’m a smoker as well so in order to do this I have to quit. I tried to go for a short run the other morning at 5am but found my lungs aching from being a smoker.
I want to drop about 5-10kg, I was 65kg last time I weighed myself, and put on muscle.

BlkButterfly77 is a busy little bee (uh, I mean BUTTERFLY) once again! 8-)
I went to the gym this morning. I took the AM classes because I have a book club meeting this evening, but that was following the classes I took last night, and this week they launched all new routines (no muscle memory) so I came home to study, and actually crashed. I want to get fit, but I liked it better when I was enjoying the journey.

I’m not overweight, I’m not an air-head and I’m certainly not obsessd with sport. I just want to get fit. The only problem is (and this is going to sound stupid) my hips. The only thing about my appearence that i feel completely confident about,are my hips. They’re big and round like marlyn monroe’s. Will i lose the only thing i love about my appearence if i get fit?

My Flatmate bought a Wii Fit. It’s fantastic! My bodies age is 23. So that’s pretty good I think!

Yesterday, I did the Amazing Workout which was a 3 hour class that incorporated EVERYTHING, bodycombat (which is SO not kickboxing!) bodyjam, bodyattack, bodystep, bodypump, and ending with bodyflow (which incorporates yoga, pilates, and tai chi). I thought I’d be unable to move this morning, yet, here I am, getting ready to go to RPM (spinning). I’m treating it like basic training, where I will push each day until it doesn’t bother me as much, and it’s working!

Jakilicious "Speaking of Italy and cars I stole there, you still owe me a porsche"
I went for a walk with my dad yesterday for 1.5 hours. At the end, on the way home, we had to walk up this really, really steep hill. My legs were aching, I couldn’t wait to get to the top! When we did finally get to the top, I was slightly puffing, but I could still have a conversation and I felt fine. That shows improvement, right?
