I worked out four days in the past week. If I can do a few days this week, I’m going to bump up my goal to three days a week.
My boyfriend bought us gym memberships, found an awesome discount through his job, and it hardly costs anything for us to go. So now we just need to get in there to have ID cards made, and then we don’t have any more excuses.
Finally, I made it onto the treadmill! I only walked for one and a half miles, but it’s a start. Now I just need to get on it again. And again…and again…
