For the past 10 months I have been working hard on this goal. Its amazing what abit of excercise and been mindful how I Sit stand and walk.
I had scans on my back last year also, Mild Scoliosis but not bad to make back pain. I think the turning point was when I went to see the foot export and he saw I was knook kneed and told me a few home truths such as wear flat shoes, strengthen core mussels and Stretch. Posture ect ect. Im greatful for this. My body is a little out of balance, but the Pain that I has one year ago I would say has gone 95%. I know that Ill have to keep up my excercise and stretchs for that rest of my life, but hay thats not a bad thing. This Goal is work in progress so Im not about to say Ive completed it yet.

Since I have been going to the gym and been mindfull of the way I stand and hold myself my back pain is there but it feels as if 90% of it has gone. Flat shoes help as well. oh and streaching every night.

My back is feeling so good, I can’t remember when it last felt so pain free. I’ve been seeing the Physiotherapist once a week. And now going every two. I think what is really helping it is the Acupuncher. .
I am doing now Kieser Training since more than six months and it helps alos to get rid of tensions in my neck and shoulder, where all my problems started four years ago.
Only the last two weeks are not that comfortable. I guess too much stress at work and only one training per week is not that fine for the back.
