Slowly but surely

I am slowly getting my debt down. I paid off three store credit cards (with $100.00 or so balances)in September and I will shoot for one credit card this month which has a 350.00 balance. Wish me luck

I have to pay off the balance for my bed when i receive my refund. Then I have to work on the two credit cards I have. I have to stop using them!! I recently went through a very stressful period and found out the hard way that I am an emotional spender. Since I’m attacking the root cause of my stress I think this emotional spending will end. Plus, my last paycheck was very short and that scared the mess out of me!
For the first time I paid only a few dollars more than the minimum payment. I’m used to making LARGE payments. I won’t make a dent in my debt this way.
