Weight gain this week around:

+0.6kg (+1.3 pounds)

Seems I’m currently doing the up-and-down thing. Well, as long as it’s more down overall, even a little bit, that’s okay I guess.

After the gain last week, it’s a loss again this week:

-1.2kg (-2.7 pounds)

Hmm, lately it seems that significant losses are always preceded by gains. I won’t pretend to understand this, but it’s something to keep in mind.
