roll my own sushi

I made lots of california rolls and this bbq chicken and bell pepper roll I call it pretty chicken roll LOL… I dunno. Me and my friend did it. It was a lot of fun! I definitely will be doing it often. Lke once a month once my baby is born!

One of ADPhi’s rush events was a sushi night, so I learned how to roll sushi thanks to Jon. It was pretty easy and mine looked awesome – and tasted great! Sushi is one of my favorite treats, so it was a lot of fun to be able to actually make it, because it looks way more complicated than it is (assuming you have all the ingredients). I’m planning on going to another sushi night tomorrow!

I´ve done that! After looking for some help at google. my hubbie bought all the stuff and we prepared it as a family. It was delicious, easy to prepare and wondertful to eat!!!!

Had a great time learning..takes much practice and you need to get the rice “just right”.

It’s sooo much fun. It takes a bit of practice, but it’s well worth the effort. Especially if you actually like the stuff. I found the book Sushi: Taste and Techniques exceedingly helpful.

After a few very laughable attempts at rolling sushi I can finally say I accomplished this with a little bit of finesse and grace and it DID end up looking (somewhat)like sushi!
