get a second car

It’s 4 weeks early, but I don’t mind. ;-)
The new car is here and I can have the old one. I’m sooo relieved I don’t have to bike through the rain anymore… It was worth waiting for this one.

Well, we have already ordered our second car and even got a call last week that it arrived! We now “only” have to get insurance, licence plates and …the car. ;-)

This car means quite a lot to me: my husband wil drive it and it’ll be safer for him on his long travels to work. I will be more independent at home and don’t need to do everything by bike anymore. I like to bike, but this time of year a car is so much more safe and comfy with my children in the back.

One more week!

so one of my best friends, Kortni, has a friend named Daron, who is selling a new car, it’s a 01’ Dodge Strasus SE 2 door, manual, and very pimped out for $3,000, $2,000 if I track down the title in iraq. now Scott and I don’t NEED a second car yet, mine old car hasn’t been sold yet. but its a good deal, I’m trying to talk to Scott about it.. but i think he’s still mad at me…

I was surprised today by my better half, with a new Beetle! “I’m free…to do what I want…any old time!”

I’m learning that you possibly actually NEED your own car if you want to have your own LIFE in LA…I ride my bike to work since it’s so close but never get to do anything fun on my own…

My wife and I get by in LA with one car… but a 2nd would sure make life easier. We need to get one.
