I had a tubal ligation before i met him, because I was scared of having another baby with the man I was with at the time, who was less than kind to me. Now I have met this incredible man who has no children, and that is something I never had a problem doing and now, I cant any more. My only real hope is IVF, but will he even stick around? My biggest regret ever….
