Well I have started going to a gym from past 2 months,trying to workout every day atleast for 45 min.But finding it difficult to make it every day.So I have rescheduled the workout timings.I’m trying to wake up early.
I’m working on my diet aswell but its not up to the mark yet.Just wanted to keep working hard every day.
How to stay fit
How I did it: I told myself look each day I will eat a good breackfast, lunch and dinner and I would also jump rope at least 10 minutes and day. And it really helps.
( remember it is also the inside that matters not the outs.)
Lessons & tips: IT is never to late to get back in shape.

now that i am in a high team for cobras i need to stay extremely fit
i may not have the best skill like the other girls
but i sure can get up and down the court better than them, beat them in sprints and show them im determined to kepp tryn.
so im gonna start extra trainings, and go for runs, also to start eating way healthier, i dnt eat well enough
im goin to show im fit!!

nowittis Today I played with my friends, and we were active the whole day.
I know staying fit is really inportant for your body, and so I put staying fit on my list for me to remember for. I want my body to be healthy my whole life, and I want to never have to worry about sickness.
Apparently I gained some weight after moving to Germany, eating chips almost every other day is not a good idea!
Anyway, I started again doing exercise in the morning every other day, and will try to go out running on the weekends. Also have to eat more balanced, salads, fruits, etc.
Doing a lot of moping lately and not much into fitness. Swing dancing lessons and occasional yoga are good though. I also do some stretching, sit ups and yoga stuff on the weekends. Now that the weather is better I can start doing some more walking (if I could manage to get up a few minutes earlier then I could do the 20 minute walk to the station without being late for work – at the moment I take the bus). When I return home in a few months I have weights and fitness ball waiting for me and I can start a runnning routine.
Started the Self Challenge 08 on February 25. Had a couple bad weeks but I’m getting back up to speed! I went to the gym 4 times last week… Also keeping up with regular Thursday night kickboxing (new instructor).

I just want to stay fit and wear shorts this summer, if I can get better looking legs that would be awesome! :) But at least the 10 lbs are gone now I just have to get tone and stay that way for 2008! :)
