smile a lot

I think i´ve acomplisehd this goal. Maybe at home I get to be very close and serious ´cause of the ambience in there, but outside that perimeter I´m am very smiley at all times and also i make peope laught a lot… some call me “crazy” or “silly” and I really prefer to be called like “weird” rather than shy.. or not?!!! Something that really shocked me was that a friend that does not know me that deeply, said to me that i was very optimistic!! THAT REALLY IMPRESSED ME! and I felt so good about it!! I might irradiate something like good feelings huh!! hehe

One day on my way back from HIgh School, even though my day had been fine, I was sort of frowning. I came to a place where the sidewalk was under construction so I had to walk briefly in the street bike lane. As I was walking cars were just driving by me until one pulled over and rolled down their window.
I sort of backed away because I thought it was kind of creepy but then a large woman poked her head out and said:

“Smile hunny. It can’t be that bad”

And you know she’s right. There is always something in everyday that can make you smile- and if there isn’t- there’s alway our memories.
So go ahead smile.
People will be attracted to your joy more then they would be to your frowns, and wouldn’t you want people to know you as a happy person instead of a sulker?

I’ve been real grumpy lately. and I don’t even mean to be. I think it’s because of my job and the stress of it. I read an article, that if you smile alot(even a fake one) you can trick your mind into happiness. Hope that’s true!

My reason is the joy of my salvation through Christ. Even when I’m going through hard times, I know that He is in control and knows what’s best. That’s what keeps me smiling. :)

Weird, someone was telling me the other day that they liked me because I was so “calm and serious”.

WELL… not only do i smile as often as i can, i talk to people as often as i can, too. it’s nice and good to know how to start a conversation without having to wait for the other person to start…
so… how do you start a conversation? SMILE, baby!
