This new idiot is called the 5 bite diet apparently, and it has a 100% success rate. Basically, you can’t eat breakfast, and you’re allowed to have whatever you want for lunch and dinner but can only have 5 bites of each meal, as well as unlimited drinks that have 0 calories.
I know it sounds fishy, but it’s worth a try. The diet has the same effects as someone who underwent lap-band surgery—you achieve the same results.
So its just a matter of willpower.
I’m gonna start tomorrow, and fill u in on my weight loss in a week’s time.
