trust in God

I can honestly say that this goal has been accomplished. During my five-night hospital stay with my son I never doubted for a moment that he would be ok. I turned to God and trusted completely that my son would be fine. I did ask for the shortest stay possible or, in the alternative, to have enough stamina to carry on for a longer stay. God met me in the middle of the road :-)

This goal used to be “Trust in God more”, until I realized that trust is a quality that you either have or don’t have. It’s not a matter of degrees. And even though my relationship with God has been growing during the last year, I can’t honestly say with all my heart that I truly put all my trust in God. And I want to.

I know through out lifes hardships and pains… everything happends for a reason. I know that God is in control and whenever I feel hurt, I need to turn to HIM because He is my best friend and He knows what IS best. So putting my trust in HIM is the only way I will gain success.

Ya Allah please give me the strenght to put my trust in YOU.

God is always there.

All thanks to my Creator because He has Allow me to realize that He is always in control no matter what. I must learn to put my trust fully in Him because with Him is the only way to success. God gives us test and trails to turn to Him and to become closer to Him. If I am fully concious of His presnce and but My trust in Him through good and bad times, I know in the end it will all be worth it. Patience is the key to success.

Well.. I’m reading a book by Pastor Joel Osteen “Your Best Life Now” and it’s helped me trust God a lot. I really hope that this year I become a better person by being a better Christian. :)
